History

A wholly owned subsidiary of Manpower Inc., Transpersonnel was founded in 1950 and has been thriving ever since.

Services Offered

Human Resource functions – complete payroll with appropriate deductions/taxes, expense advancing; provision of worker's and general liability insurance, bonding and health and welfare benefits; timely remitting for group insurance and 401(k); employee performance tracking with appropriate commendations, disciplinary actions; routine HR reporting.

Driver Screening & Recruiting – thorough screening/interviewing; complete D.O.T. compliance, record verification, physicals and drug testing. Regulatory Compliance – complete D.O.T./CDL compliance and review; log review/duplicate driver file services; D.O.T. drug testing through N.I.D.A. approved labs; supply drivers with necessary forms, employee handbooks, violation review certificates.

Labor Relations – as a signatory, we handle all union involvement, including negotiations, arbitrations, contract applications, work rule interpretations; assume responsibility for deduction and remittance of health, welfare and pension fund contributions and dues.
