Labor Relations:
One of the primary reasons that carriers depend on us is the avoidance of labor relations problems.
In unionized operations, we negotiate and sign collective bargaining agreements with the local unions, as necessary. In addition, we will discipline the drivers and handle union grievances as required.
In non-union operations, we handle discipline and grievance matters in a like manner.
Since we are the employer, your business is shielded from the labor relations’ consequences of dealing direct with drivers.

Consulting Services:
With our 30-year history, and a stable, dedicated staff, we have the knowledge and expertise many of our clients desire in a true driver-staffing partner.
